My Role

I support leaders and teams in phases when complexity increases, decisions get stuck, or conflicts block collaboration. My contribution is clarity: I structure situations, make goal conflicts visible, and create decision spaces where movement becomes possible again.

I prefer to work in reliable frameworks with recurring contacts – not because I sell "ongoing support," but because stability is the prerequisite for moving forward quickly and cleanly on difficult topics.

When to Bring Me In

  • When there is uncertainty: goals, priorities, roles, responsibilities
  • When decisions take too long or keep getting overturned
  • When conflicts "run along" and cost performance, energy, or culture
  • When a team or area is in a transition phase (growth, reorganization, new leadership, transformation)

How I Work

  • focused on impact: rather few, well-prepared interventions than endless process loops

What I Take On – and What I Don't

I am responsible for structure, process quality, and the space in which good decisions become possible.

I am not responsible for implementation, results, or the sustained performance of a system. Implementation is your responsibility – I ensure that it becomes possible again.
